Child, Adolescent and Young Adult Psychotherapy in Birmingham and Online
I offer specialist psychotherapy for children, adolescents and young adults from infancy through to the age of 25.
I work with children and young people experiencing emotional, behavioural, developmental or relationship difficulties. Sessions are available face-to-face in Birmingham and online where clinically appropriate.
My main therapeutic approach is psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy. This provides a thoughtful and confidential space in which difficult feelings, experiences and patterns of relating can gradually be explored and understood.
I am also a qualified and experienced Solution-Focused Brief Therapist. This is a distinct, usually shorter-term approach that helps children, young people and families recognise their strengths and resources and work towards the changes they hope to make.

Flexible Appointment Times
I offer daytime, evening and Saturday appointments, subject to availability.
My Saturday clinic begins from 8.00 a.m., providing greater flexibility for children, young people, families and adults who may find weekday appointments difficult because of school or work commitments.
Weekday evening appointments are also available, with the latest appointment beginning at 8.00 p.m. These later appointments can be particularly helpful for those who need to attend after school or work.
Online appointments are available where clinically appropriate.
